We believe it is important that you know what help and support we will give you once a sale has been agreed.

Our experts and dedicated team provide support for the most common problems encountered that can result in delays or fall throughs. These are highlighted below. The Online Platform, in partnership with yourself and your lawyer, does the rest. Despite what anyone says and no matter how much you pay, post sale success requires a partnership with the customer and their Lawyer.

Our charter is our promise to help you as best we can. We will never promise anything that we cannot control or deliver.

  • Within 24 hours of an agreed sale, enter Lawyers details on to the Online Platform
  • Ensure that the Lawyers details have been entered on to the Online Platform
  • Obtain chain information
  • Ensure that surveys/mortgage arrangements are in place
  • Prepare the memorandum of sale and distribute it to the Lawyers acting for you and the Buyer.
  • Ensuring that the mortgage broker and/or lender have been instructed to complete the survey.
  • Ensuring that the Lawyers have been instructed and have all the paperwork they require to move the transaction forward

Advising on and supporting you in relation to problems with:

  • the survey; the mortgage offer; price re-negotiation, Chasing the Lawyer for paperwork and progress.
  • Chasing the Buyers mortgage broker and/or lender for progress in submitting the mortgage offer.
  • Obtaining leases, legal documents and information, liaising with landlord and managing agents and the Buyer’s Lawyer.
  • Agreeing exchange dates, Agreeing completion dates.
